Standard Delivery
Eagle Distribution will always endeavour to dispatch your orders on a next day before noon delivery when ordered before 3.30pm. Goods will be dispatched using our standard service unless otherwise requested by yourselves on your order.

Minimum Order Charge
Eagle will accept all orders regardless of the order value, although any order placed that is less than £40.00 / €45.00 (excluding VAT and delivery) is subject to a small order charge of £4.95.
Plain Wrap Service
If you require your order to be delivered directly to your customer confidentially, Eagle offers a plain wrap service at a nominal charge of £4.95 for each delivery location. However, this charge is waved on product orders valued over £40.00 / €45.00 (excluding VAT and delivery) for each delivery location.
Returns Policy & Stocking Charges
Eagle's policy on returned goods is as follows. All returned goods must be returned in their original packaging undamaged and are subject to a restocking fee which is 25% of the order value (min. £50). At the time of obtaining your returns number you will be informed if the restocking fee is applicable and what the value will be.
