Terms and Conditions

Eagle Technologies Limited Service & Repair Terms & Conditions:-

1.) Return of the printer product is at the senders own risk. Eagle Technologies Limited cannot be liable for any damage, incidental or otherwise caused in transit where incorrect or insufficient packaging has been used to transport the goods.

2.) For warranty classification repairs, Eagle Technologies Limited will inspect & repair the goods in accordance with the manufacturers warranty terms & conditions, and any charges incurred where the manufacturer warranty is void will be advised for authorisation before any work is carried out.

3.) Eagle Technologies Limited can only accept warranty claims on goods purchased from Eagle Technologies Limited, and cannot authorise or repair "free of charge" any product purchased from another source, regardless of whether there is a remaining period of manufacturer product warranty.

4.) For warranty claims where there is "No Fault Found" due to user error, Eagle Technologies Limited reserve the right to apply an inspection fee of £95.00 (excluding VAT & return delivery) for the evaluation and testing of the printer. 

5.) For Non-Warranty inspections & repairs, in the event of not proceeding with the quoted repair cost Eagle Technologies Limtied will apply an inspection charge fee of £95.00 (excluding VAT & return delivery) for the repair evaluation.

6.) Non account holders payment terms are charges payable in advance by either cheque or credit card.

7.) A Valid RMA (Returns) number is required for all returns.

8.) An RMA number is valid for 30 days only. If the returns goods are not received within 30 days of registration the RMA number is deemed void as a "non-return".

9.) The RMA number will be visible on the outer packaging of the returns goods and a printed copy of the RMA Delivery Note enclosed with the goods.

10.) Goods returned in error through this process must be advised to Eagle Technologies Limited within 14 days of despatch. Eagle can only return mis-shipped goods at the senders expense.

11.) Any goods returned to Eagle Technologies Limited without a valid RMA number or visible authorised documentation will be either:-
11.1) Refused to be accepted at the warehouse goods inwards, or:-
11.2) Quarantined until the goods & sender can be identified

12.) In the event of receipt of goods where the description in the RMA does not match the returned goods (i.e. incorrect model / serial number etc.) , the goods will be placed in Quarantine until confirmation can be made that the received goods are correct.

13.) For any DOA printer returns, the goods must arrive COMPLETE with the original packaging and accessories enclosed. Goods returned as DOA which do not come complete will not be credited / replaced, but repaired under the manufacturer warranty terms & conditions only

14.) Eagle Technologies Ltd will hold onto any machines for 1 month after the quotation date, after this time they will be disposed off and an invoice for the service will be raised against your account.

15.) Any warranty claim will be invoiced at full value and a credit applied once warranty approved by manufacturer.
