• Minimum rental period is 7 days. Rental charge commences from date of delivery and continues until our receipt.
• Rental charge on day of return is not applied if returned before 12 noon. After 12 noon on the day of timed receipt your pro-rata daily rate is charged
• No cards or ribbons are included within the rental period charges because we are unable to presume which consumables you would require.

• Rental charges do not include delivery to client and return to Eagle Technologies.
• Software cannot be rented and must be purchased if required.
• Weekend days and bank holidays are charged at the standard or pro-rata daily rate (which ever is lower). All rentals subject to availability.
• A minimum of 24 hours notice is normally required to rent a card printer.
• Full rental and deposit (including vat) is charged to your credit card at time of order.
• Deposit equal to 30% of the face value of the printer is required during rental period.
• Repair charges caused by accidental or malicious damage are chargeable to the client. The deposit will be used to offset these costs. If the deposit is inadequate to cover repairs, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the credit card provided at time of order. Where refunds are applicable (no damage, deposit returned), the credit card provided will receive the credit. We are unable to return payment in any other form, including cash or charging a different credit card.
• The full face value of the card printer will be charged to your credit card if deemed uneconomical.
• Late returns will be charged at the standard daily rate.
• If our courier is unable to make collection on the agreed day, further collection charges will be incurred and charged to the credit card provided.
• Should further charges be necessary and the provided credit card is declined, further collection charges will be applied as per our standard terms of conditions. In addition, Eagle will charge £15 each time we need to write or telephone. Failed payment collections arising from declined credit card will incur an additional £10 administration.
• All charges will be charged vat at the prevailing rate.
• Card Printers can not be taken out of the UK unless agreed in writing.
• To ensure adequate cover against accidental damage, theft or any other form rendering you liable to additional costs, Eagle Technologies Ltd recommends you check with your insurance company prior to your rental order that you have the required insurance cover. If you do not then you or your organisation will be liable.
• Eagle Card Printer Rental service is available to UK companies only.
• Card Printer cancellation must be sent in writing both by email or post and only by the person whom placed the rental order. Telephone cancellation is not acceptable. In all cases, you must seek to receive confirmation of your cancellation by Eagle Technologies Ltd to ensure cancellation has taken effect and that we are in receipt of your instruction.
• Card printer rental order cancellations by client: A full refund less 10% (minimum charge £45+vat) will be charged to your credit card to contribute towards costs incurred (e.g. payment collection, paperwork processing, credit card refunds). Refunds are not permitted if card printer rental is cancelled 48 hours before first day of rental whatever the reason and howsoever caused.
• Client accepts that Eagle Technologies Ltd can not and will not be held responsible for any costs, loss of earnings or any form of liability howsoever caused in the event of equipment or software or consumable item breaking down or Eagle Technologies Ltd is not able to fulfill your card printer rental order.
• You the client agree and accept that only ribbons and cards provided and /or purchased from Eagle Technologies Ltd can be used in the card printer(s) provided. For the avoidance of doubt, card counters (number of prints) exist on card printers provided for rental and should the numbers of cards printed exceed the number of supplies purchased and / or provided by Eagle Technologies Ltd, a cost of £0.29 per card printed whether monochrome or colour will be charged to your credit card.
