Printer Repairs & Servicing with inclusive parts

Eagle Technologies has over 12 years experience in the sale, repair and maintenance of plastic card printers and provides various support options to get you back up and running and issuing your cards.

Our multi-brand knowledge and attention to detail sets us apart from the crowd! If you're printer needs a repair, we know you need a service that is carried out quickly, reliably and economically!

Whether you purchased your card printer from Eagle or not, call our FREE support line now (01905 827 687) during the hours of 9am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and have your printer serial number to hand.

Our experienced technicians are on hand to establish your card printer issue and provide an immediate fix over the phone wherever possible. If a repair or service is required, we'll offer you the following options...

  • Send your card printer to our Repair Centre (turnaround typically 5 working days from receipt of your printer).
  • Send an engineer to you (UK & Eire only at present).

How does it work?

Return-to-Base Repair & Service Centre

  • Our advisors will log the details of your call.
  • You will then need to complete our online RMA form.
  • Once completed, you will need to print your confirmation details and include them with your printer so that we may identify ownership upon receipt and also refer to our system notes recorded during your call.

  • Our fee's for 'non warranty claims' are £80+vat per hour and include all parts, but excludes Printheads and Main boards. Charges for these items will be advised during your call. Typically a main board replacement is uneconomical to proceed with (checkout out our trade-in options). Printheads are classed as consumable items.

  • Your repaired printer will be couriered back to you at your cost on a next working day service.
  • A deep clean/service is performed and included within the hourly rates quoted.
  • Payment is required before works can be carried out.

Onsite Engineer Service

  • During your call to one of our telephone support advisors, the suspected required parts will be recorded and our engineer visiting will bring these with him/her.
  • Your call out charge of £205+vat for the first hour (£80+vat per hour thereafter if required) includes all parts but excludes Printheads and Main boards. Charges for these items and expected repair time will be advised during your call. Typically a main board replacement is uneconomical to proceed with (checkout out our trade-in options). Printheads are classed as consumable items.
  • A deep clean/service is performed and included within the hourly rates quoted.
  • Engineer requests before 2pm (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) are satisfied the next working day. Requests after 2pm and your engineer will arrive the day after.
  • On the day of your Engineer visit, he/she will call you to let you know their expected time of arrival.
  • Payment is required prior to visiting.

For both options, all replacement parts (including Main Board and Printhead) are warranted for 90 days under our return-to-base solution.
